Sarah has dedicated her career to helping humans across the lifespan achieve the best version of themselves. She has a passion for working with kids/teens who need a safe place to process big feelings and learn to cope with them, couples who are looking to reconnect and reignite their relationship, trauma-including betrayal, attachment, and women who need space to take care of their own mental health needs. She is especially passionate about attachment and helping people find the right relationships they need to grow. She utilizes empirically supported modalities such as EMDR, experiential therapy, sand tray therapy, and CBT.
Sarah Stroup is a licensed marriage and family therapist and registered play therapist supervisor. She has a group practice, Monarch Family Counseling, with locations in Lehi, Herriman, and South Jordan. Monarch Family Counseling offers play therapy supervision and is an approved APT continuing education provider.
