Collette has a Masters Degree in Social Work from BYU. Collette is practicing individual therapy for adults and teens, play therapy for children, EMDR, art therapy and marriage and family therapy and has been instrumental in establishing those resources here at the Green House Center. Her passion for helping individuals, families and children drove her to partner with Guerry and Elsebeth in founding The Green House Center in the fall of 2004. As Administrative Director, Collette writes and maintains contracts with the state and partner agencies. She oversees the Executive Assistant and Accounting Specialist. Collette is married to Jesse Loveless and has 4 children, 5 step-children and 18 combined grandchildren. Collette is the sixth of seven children in her family and is originally from Sunnyvale, California.

Jared Andes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a graduate of the University of Utah. Throughout his career Jared has focused on children, teens, and families who experience a wide variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, autism spectrum, selective mutism, and more. Jared currently works in private practice at Full Spectrum Counseling and as an Emergency Room Care Manager for Intermountain Health Care. Jared previously worked for a non-profit based in Orem, Utah, where served as the licensed clinical social worker for the agency including the Early Intervention and Early Head Start programs as we as the clinical director of the Child and Family Mental Health program.

Current president of Utah Association for Play Therapy
John Paul “JP” Lilly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor in private practice in Provo, Utah. He has authored numerous clinical articles published in reputable journals, written chapters on theory and practice in several books, and taught Play Therapy at Brigham Young University for 18 years in the graduate schools of Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Social Work.
He is the Founder of Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA), Inc., a 501-3 organization that provides volunteer aid, comfort, and support to abused children. JP served as a member of the International Board of Directors for more than twenty years for BACA. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for The Association for Play Therapy (1997-200) and is presently at the start of another term on the Board. He is recognized as an expert in the field of play therapy, specifically teaching and lecturing on Jungian Analytical Play Therapy nationally and internationally. He also provides supervision to other play therapists who desire to increase their proficiency within the field.
